Sticky Thai Meatballs

I spy with my little eye, a new Thai dish for you to try. Zingy, fragrant pork meatballs are baked until golden then tossed through a special sticky, sweet and sour sauce. Equally as saucy is the veggie medley filled with crunchy capsicum and sweet pineapple. Thai-ing this dish together and soaking up all the goo is a serving of fluffy coconut rice.
