The Repair Service covers manufacturer defects and defects arising from normal usage of your products AFTER the warranty period. Repair Services Terms & Conditions In order for your MakarttPro FlawlessPro E-File item to be repaired, you are required to complete both of these steps: Purchase the MakarttPro Repair Services and send your unit to 2001 N Lamar St, Suite 240, Dallas, TX 75202 within 14 days of this service purchase. Shipping to our repair center is not included and is the responsibility of the customer. This repair service does not cover damages resulting from reckless or negligent acts of misuse, including water damage. This service is invalid if the serial number is removed from your product. This service only covers repairs and will not cover any replacements of products or accessories. If any replacements are required, it will be quoted to you before we proceed with the repair. The adapter is not covered under the repair service. Shipping fees are not covered under the repair service. You are responsible for packaging and shipping your electronic to us for the repair. The repair service has a 30 day guarantee. If you notify us within 30 days of the delivery of your item, that you are experiencing the same concern, we will gladly re-service your drill. Any new issues arising after the repair of your drill will need a new repair fee purchased. ALL REPAIR SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS FEES ARE FINAL
