France / Bordeaux / Saint-Estèphe Over two centuries, three owner families shaped the history of Château Montrose. With passion and a tireless pursuit of the highest possible quality, they created many legendary vintages. In 2006, the third generation of the Charmolüe family sold the estate to Martin and Olivier Bouygues. Both loved the wines of Château Montrose and were aware of the potential of the site and its unique terroir. Under their leadership, the spectacular reconstruction of Montrose began. Today, the estate's cross-generational team is led by Melissa Bouygues and Hervé Berland.
