Chili-Infused Sea Salt At the core. We spend tireless hours nurturing our chili plants each season to ensure we provide our customers with the freshest, purest products possible. Naturally, we needed to apply a little heat treatment to a quality finishing salt. Our friends at SaltWorks provided us with their optically-cleaned Pure Ocean®Sea Salt, which under goes a process that eliminates all foreign materials and flawed crystals, while leaving the raw salt just as natural as the day it was harvested: no washing, no chemicals and no tampering with Mother Nature's components. What you end up with is a crystal clear sea salt which we infuse with our organic superhot chilies.
