Enjoy a light, nutritious lunch to nourish the body and soul and leave at the end of the day feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised. You can look forward to escaping the everyday hustle and bustle by resetting and recharging your body and mind with our holistic wellness retreat. The day will be led by our experienced and qualified yoga instructor, Julia Thompson, who will provide personalised attention and support throughout. Our aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment that allows you to unplug from the world and reconnect with yourself. The Old Lodge is a 17th century Tudor Mansion that stands in nearly 3 acres of beautifully manicured gardens at the edge of the historic market town of Malton, near Pickering, North Yorkshire.
