Perfect for fast kneading and oxygenation of pizza dough as well as pastry and bread. The powerful motor and transmission can handle kneading a wide variety of doughs. The IHM60 mixer is equipped with a ten speed transmission from 70-275rpm. The timer can be set to have the mixer stop after a set amount of time.
