Vintage Amanta lounge chairs designed by Mario Bellini for C&B Italia, one of the defining Italian furniture designs of the 1970s. Celebrated for its innovative modular concept, the Amanta combines a sculptural molded Fibrelite shell with deep, generously proportioned cushions, creating a distinctive balance of structure and comfort. These examples retain their original shells and have been freshly upholstered in rich navy velvet, highlighting the chair’s bold architectural lines. Original maker’s marks present. An iconic and highly collectible design that works equally well in contemporary, modernist, and eclectic interiors. Good vintage condition with a few minor scuffs and signs of wear to the shells consistent with age and use; please refer to the photographs. Two available and sold separately.
