Eggplant Parmesan

Moist and meaty eggplant is layered with our housemade Relish marinara sauce, breadcrumbs and mozzarella cheese. This meatless meal pairs well with a simple mixed green salad. Ingredients: Marinara Sauce: Tomatoes, tomato sauce, onions, garlic, seasonings, spices, balsamic vinegar, butter, eggplant, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese Weight: Bake From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove packaging lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until edges are bubbling and cheese is golden.
