Nitrite free eye bacon

Our irresistible eye bacon is made in-house from pasture-raised pork. We source our whole pigs from a selection of ethical farmers, including Tallabung Pork, a boutique producer from the Lachlan Valley in NSW. Tallabung specialises in rare black-haired breeds that graze freely on open pastures, resulting in rich, flavourful meat with a naturally sweet taste. All the pork we use is pasture-raised, and free from antibiotics and hormones.
