What’s inside? Nutrient-rich certified organic oils of Hibiscus, Mango and Jojoba, Raw Local Honey, Hibiscus extract, Helichrysum extract, White Lupine extract and a COSMOS/ECOCERT certified marine extract that mimics the effect of endurance exercise training by increasing adiponectin release and enhancing mitochondrial activity. The White Lupine extract (lupeol) is an ingredient designed to stimulate the synthesis of a high-quality collagen to increase elasticity and firmness in the skin and help to lift the facial contour. Lupeol is extracted from the coatings of White Lupine seeds cultivated using sustainable agricultural practices in France. Once extracted, the lupeol is solubilized in oleic Sunflower oil and then semi-refined and stabilized by adding natural α-tocopherol, a form of vitamin E that is preferentially absorbed and accumulated in the skin. Lupine is a legume whose seeds are very high in protein and contain secondary oil and minor biologically active components. A study that included 25 volunteers, ages 45- to 65-years-old, tested a lotion with lupeol for 89 days. 92% of the volunteers noticed improved firmness of the skin and 72% noticed reduced sagging of the facial contour. Directions: Our moisturizer is designed to be applied to freshly bathed skin. Using a toner after washing and before moisturizing would also be beneficial. To apply moisturizer, pump the desired amount into the palm of your hand. Remember, a little goes a long way so consider starting with a pea-sized amount.
