PJS Kawasaki 550 Gen 3 Half Pipe Exhaust system

The PJS Gen 3 Half Pipe is a proven performance upgrade for Kawasaki 550 reed engines, while also delivering excellent results on piston port engines. Designed for strong power gains and easy installation, this pipe comes complete with a billet adapter, premium gaskets, 100% stainless clamps and your choice of blue or black silicone coupler & water line. All welds are TIG welded and back-purged for maximum strength, durability, and clean internal flow. We increased the final stinger size from 1 5/8 to 1 3/4. This allows for better fitment to modern performance J-Pipes, resonators & aftermarket water boxes. Note : You must change all 3 gaskets when installing a half pipe in place of your bread box. If you do not use all supplied gaskets you will run the risk of overheating! Proudly MADE in USA !
