Produced exclusively from Ugni Blanc grown on a single plot in the village of Bonneuil, this limited-edition release showcases the pure expression of Grande Champagne terroir. Distilled on the lees and matured for 10 years in French oak, only 12 casks were bottled, making it a remarkable choice for collectors and Cognac enthusiasts. Rich amber with golden reflections. Nose of white flowers, ripe pear and acacia honey evolve into hazelnut, vanilla, blond tobacco and coffee over delicate oak. Palate is elegant and silky with yellow stone fruits, candied fruit, gingerbread, cinnamon and subtle ginger spice. Finish is long and refined with notes of chocolate, liquorice and honeyed apricot. Pairs beautifully with oysters, Serrano ham or chocolate-based desserts.
