Sourced from our first Prince Edward County planting on Gilead Road. 100% chardonnay fermented and aged in Burgundian oak and aged for 12 months + 6 months in stainless. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered. Sooooo tasty and racy! A chabliesque personality features delicate floral aromas, a sweet lemony core, refreshing acidity and cascading energy waves on a chiseled personality. Max 2 bottles per person.
