Indie Füde Dunville’s Fig Chutney

Our Dunvilles Fig Chutney has been developed in collaboration with our friends at Craic Foods and infused with Dunville’s Three Crowns Whiskey from the Echlinville Distillery, this chutney is bursting with ripe figs that provide a naturally sweet, jammy base. The addition of the whiskey introduces smooth, warming layers of caramel and oak, elevating the fruitiness with a sophisticated, luxurious finish. It is specifically designed as the ultimate pairing for cheeseboards and charcuterie, where its complex sweetness beautifully balances the savoury intensity of aged cheddars or creamy blue cheeses.
