Icelandic mantles are available in our shop in 3 sizes: S/M - (recommended for women) M/L - (unisex, wider shoulders, longer length, more coverage for going over cloaks or armor) L/XL - (recommended for men, broad shoulders, our largest deluxe size sometimes using an entire pelt, covers entire chest and back) We have taken great care in sourcing these sheepskins from a small business we feel good about supporting, and you can feel good about wearing! These sheep lived their lives in the wilds of Iceland, sustainably raised for meat, their skins have been saved to be reused instead of wasted. They are eco-friendly, all natural tanned without any harsh chemicals. We shape & sew them into the mantles you see here. Sheepskin care: If your sheepskin gets wet it will not harm it, but air it until fully dry before storing. Also do not store in humid conditions.
