Goan Pumpkin Pickle 200gm
‘Trombone Gramma’ pumpkins grown on the NSW the south coast. Pickled with an incredible blend of spices, fresh green chillis and lime. This is my favourite preserve, completely unique - a must try. Makes a curry sing, it can be a base for a quick (and easy) tofu and cashew nut curry or you can have it simply with fresh bread.
