A beautiful antique diamond five stone ring dating from the Early 20th century c.1920s. This stunning ring was made in England and is hand crafted with a claw setting set with five very bright and white graduated old European cut diamonds with small table facets and open culet. Measured within the setting the centre is is 0.35ct, each side of centre is 0.25ct and the end stones are 0.10ct The diamonds are assessed to be G/H colour and VS2 clarity, bright, white and with lots of old world fiery sparkle. Total diamond weight of 1.05 carat. The knife edge shoulders and band is plain polished yellow gold. A gorgeous antique heirloom five stone, perfect for stacking or as an anniversary ring! ERA : Early 20th Century. GEMSTONES : Earth mined natural old cut diamonds. HALLMARKS : Tested as 18ct & Platinum. FINGER SIZE : UK size N or US 6.5 Can be sized. Please see the FAQ's at the bottom of the description for more information. WEIGHT : 2.7 grams MEASUREMENTS : Setting 20.08mm side to side x 5.1mm wide. Rises 5.4mm off the finger. Band is 1.5mm wide. CONDITION : The ring is in excellent antique condition, structurally sound with no obvious wear or historic repairs to the setting. The stones are secure. The band is slender but this is typical of a ring from this Era. It will be presented in a new ring box.
