P'tit Ferret Rouge x6 - AOC Bordeaux 2020

P'TIT FERRET 2020 - AOC BORDEAUX RED New vintage 2020 - Do not hesitate to serve slightly chilled (16-18°c) when the temperature is high; GRAPE VARIETIES: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. SOIL & TERROIR: Le P'tit Ferret Rouge is made from AOC Bordeaux wines, produced in the Libourne - St Emilion region, using Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties, typical of the Bordeaux region. The soils, of clay and limestone of character, are found in the tasting of the P'tit Ferret red. VINIFICATION: For our P'tit Ferret red vintage, we pick the grapes at perfect maturity, in September/October. The bunches are destemmed, then placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats that will allow perfect control of the vinification. TASTING: The result is a wine that is both structured and fruity, not devoid of charm and tenderness. FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS: Ideal with a nice entrecôte, a duck breast cooked on the plancha, strong cheeses, at room temperature or as an aperitif, served a little chilled (14 to 16°C). Supplied in a box of 6 bottles.
