Violent Way from Buffalo, New York hit the scene in late 2020 and haven’t slowed down since. Rising from the ashes of their early band The Elite, they have put their brand of Oi! on the map, along with their city and flourishing hometown scene. Bands like Big Dog, Taker, and The United have been holding down the Buffalo Oi! scene in collaboration with the massive impact made by Violent Way. With several worldwide tours under their belt, the band don’t pull any punches when it comes to their live show and sound. Having previously independently released two LPs and two EPs, each with several represses since their inception, the boys are back with their strongest material to date. A Need for Something More is an LP for the underdogs and downtrodden, bleeding heavily with catchy choruses and anthemic leads throughout. It features guest appearances by Wattie Sharp (Lion’s Law, Rixe) and Greg Huff (Bishop’s Green, First Attack).
