Saint Joseph rouge "Les Travers" 2024 - Hugo Vercasson (BD & vin nature)

This French Rhône Syrah wine has a deep, rich bouquet of ripe blackberries and forest berries with hints of ground black and white pepper and a light smokiness. It features a silky texture and fine tannins, with a long finish of dark berries and a hint of smoke.

• The grapes are fermented with whole clusters for 15 days in RVS, then gently pressed and aged in amphorae for 9 months.
• The wine is bottled without clarification, filtration, and without added sulfur dioxide.
• The vines are mostly organic, some in conversion, and no chemical pesticides are used in the vineyard.
