St. Petersburg TCG Trade Night – Vendor Tables Join us for TCG Trade Night at M&M Video Games St. Petersburg! This is a smaller, more intimate evening event built around the heart of the hobby — collectors getting together to discover cards, make deals, trade, shop and hang out with the TCG community. Vendor space is very limited, with only 14 tables available for this Trade Night. 📍 EVENT DETAILS M&M Video Games St. Petersburg 1212 Arlington Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33705 📅 Saturday, September 19, 2026 ⏰ 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM 🎟️ Free Admission 🎟️ VENDOR TABLES 6 ft Vendor Table – $125 Only 14 vendor tables are available. Vendors will select their preferred table location at checkout. Please review the floor plan before making your selection. Please note: While we will make every effort to maintain selected table locations, placements are subject to change if necessary for event operations. ⏰ VENDOR SETUP Vendor load-in and setup begins at 2:00 PM. All vendors should be completely set up and ready for guests before Trade Night begins at 4:00 PM. 📋 VENDOR POLICIES All vendor tables are 6 ft tables. Tablecloths are required on all vendor tables. Vendor tables are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another vendor. Any co-vendors or businesses sharing a table must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment and valuables. Vendors select their preferred table location during checkout; locations are subject to change if required for event operations. Final load-in and event instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE Purchasing a vendor table constitutes your commitment to participate in the event.
