Approximately 1.75 lbs of smoked sausage rope from our friends at Tri City Meats in Olympia. Ingredients: pork, water, nonfat dry milk, salt, paprika, liquid smoke, white pepper, white sugar, sodium nitrite, garlic powder, pork casing. This sausage rope is delicious in steamed clams, and we're selling it as an add on to our 2026 Seafood Boil meal kits. FYI: this is an add-on product, meaning that we'll only ship them if you add them to a box of oysters or clams.
