Velvety layers of black liquorice, cocoa and finely woven earthy spice add depth and complexity, creating a wine that is generous, smooth and profoundly satisfying, with a long, elegant finish. Sourced from a single vineyard in Blewitt Springs, this Shiraz is hand-pruned, hand-harvested and small-batch fermented before maturing for 18 months in French oak barrels and hogsheads, delivering exceptional depth, structure and complexity.
