These pork chops are truly special. The pig thrives on organic-certified Vermont pasture and a daily portion of fresh goat's milk from the farm. The pigs root and forage naturally while “pig-tilling" new fields without the need for a mechanical plow. The diet of pasture and milk creates meat with exceptionally healthy and tasty fat properties. A quantity of “1” includes a package of 2 boneless chops, approximately to 1.5lb - 2lbs.
