Aulia works closely with surrounding farmers, buying ripe cherries at fair prices before carefully processing every lot himself. 40% Mexico – Santiago Xochiltepec Grown high in Oaxaca's Sierra Sur by a community of smallholder producers, this washed coffee brings balance, clarity and freshness. Shade-grown beneath native forest trees using agroecological farming practices, it adds bright acidity and a clean finish to the blend.
