59 Buick K-member Drive Shaft/ Exhaust loop

If you plan on upgrading your 59-60 Buick with our 4L80E and LS swap kit you will also want to grab one of these. The stock K-member hoop is not quite big enough to clear the modern style drive shaft so you will need to cut out a section of your existing K-member and weld this bad boy in. It will add all the strength back and then some. It comes with a drop out, bolt in bottom plate which makes servicing the trans and driveshaft much easier. You could also use this drop out perch as an exhaust hanger mount if you wanted. This loop also serves as the exhaust pass through so that your exhaust and transmission no longer have to grab the ground or limit how low you can go!
