Single Donor Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) Frozen from Innovative Research are cells isolated from a unit of whole blood containing EDTA and is centrifuged using Histo-paque. Once isolated the cells are kept in CryoStor ® storage media containing 10% DMSO and is a serum-free medium. For long-term storage keep in liquid nitrogen, for short-term storage -80C. Pallidum using FDA-approved methods. When applicable a licensed NAT for Babesia has been performed and found to be non-reactive, if you would like any further testing or analysis performed prior to shipping, please let us know.
