The control settings include glue temperature settings, on/off controls for each working unit, and an emergency stop button Edge Feeding Coil Edge feeding is automatic for coil materials with a thickness of 0.4-2mm. Strips can be fed individually, equipped with a heated infeed fence that pre-heats the edge of the panel for superior glue absorption for a better bond Teflon-Coated Glue Pot The 2.6 lbs capacity Teflon-Coated glue pot is designed for EVA hotmelt glue. The glue is applied by a roller and the glue amount is adjustable for optimum coverage Heated Infeed Fence The infeed fence is heated which pre-heats the panel prior to the glue being applied. This results in deeper penetration of the glue inside the panel allowing for optimal conditions for the best bond. The temperature is adjustable to your specific requirements Glue Spindle The steel serrated glue spindle ensures optimal glue coverage on the edge of the panel. The glue amount can be conveniently adjusted using an adjustment knob Guillotine Shear The guillotine shear can trim coiled material up to 2mm in thickness. This can be turned off for individual strip feeding Pressure Rollers The pressure roller unit consists of one large chrome steel roller and a smaller chrome pressure roller. The pressure rollers ensure the edge is properly adhered to the panel edge the glue bond between the edge. The rollers are adjustable to the edge thickness by referencing from a sample of the edge. This ensures consistent pressure for optimum bonding results End Trimming Unit The end trim saw unit is mounted on high-precision linear bearings, which ensure perfect cutting results. The high RPM dual saw blades meet any challenge, regardless of edge type & thickness. The blades trace the leading and tail edge of the panel to ensure the exact precision of end cuts. The sawblade turn at 8800 RPM. (2) blades are 80mm (3.15”) in diameter Flush and Radius Trimming Unit The top and bottom trimmers are spring-loaded and use a tracing wheel to trace the panel’s surface. The result is a consistent trimming of the edge according to the panel surface. The rollers also ensure no marking of the workpiece. The knives are capable of flush and radius scraping with 2mm radius knives as standard. They can be adjusted in and out using mechanical digital readouts for repeatable and accurate positioning.
