Sounds asks that you arrive. Sanctuary for the Senses is a complete multisensory experience designed around the science of how the body slows down, resets and finds its way back to balance. Aromatherapy scent, British botanicals, a warming herbal infusion and an immersive soundscape are woven together into a single, unrushed journey. For many of us, the pace of modern life leaves its mark. This experience was designed with that in mind. What the experience includes A warming herbal infusion with a snack and time to settle and meet fellow participants as you arrive. Gentle breathwork, visualisation and a guided body scan to ease you from the pace of the day. An immersive soundscape journey played live on Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes and tongue drum by a Certified Sound Practitioner: Dace. A closing reflection circle and take-home intention card. Why it works Research into stillness, breath and immersive sound points to a shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic states, easing the body toward calm.
