Name: Amischotolype marginata Description: Amischotolype marginata is a rhizomatous perennial native to tropical Southeast Asia with thick green leaves that have a purple underside. This shade loving member of the Commelinaceae family (think Tradescantia/Spiderwort) is a fast grower and in ideal conditions will produce clusters of flowers directly on the stem. NOTE: The item pictured is similar to the plant you will receive. The size, shape, color and number of leaves may sometimes vary. Some fruit trees and other Tropical plants may have spots or lose leaves during the cold months. Contact our shop if you have any questions.
