He loves the long beak, the round head and the patterned feathers. What if he "slightly modifies" a Realistic Loon carving? What if he asks his admirers to see the Loon from a different PERSPECTIVE? LEGACY is born! Legacy's reimagining is riveting. The beak is thicker, more like a parrot's. The head is flatter, not rounded. Do you see a hint of a prehistoric bird in Legacy? Isaac has used restraint in etching the feathers. Only the tail feathers are "sketched". He carries the simple decorating of the bird to the eyes. Isaac has etched a large round eye with a small pupil. The green pea colour with its soft matte finish is refined and simple. It beautifully contrasts with the dominant black beak.
