Joseph Marples 1.5" Square Awl

As a leatherworker I'm often using an awl of some description. I've got multiple scratch awls for marking leather and then some sharper stitching awls for piecing leather. This is a scratch awl designed for marking wood and other similar materials. It has a square profile and a pointed tip. Some might call it a bradawl, and it could certainly be used for marking screw and nail holes. Rosewood handle with 1.5" metal tip.
