How to Use Always heat each wheat bag separately. Do not heat both wheat bags together. Extra Long Wheat Bag Heat for 2–3 minutes in an 800W microwave. Neck & Shoulder Wheat Bag Heat for up to 2 minutes in an 800W microwave. Safe Heating Reduce the heating time for higher-powered microwaves. If your wheat bags are used regularly, lightly mist the fabric surface with clean water before heating. Do not soak them. Ensure each wheat bag can rotate freely on the microwave turntable. Never leave the microwave unattended while heating. Carefully check the temperature before placing a wheat bag against your skin. Children under three years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. Allow each wheat bag to cool completely before reheating. Never heat for longer than the recommended time.
