Unique and flavourful, a refined expression of this heritage apple. Apples: Winesap Orchards: Simcoe Research Station Specifications: Dry 750mL, 7.6% ABV Fermentation Details: Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
