This premium insulated and fire rated loft hatch is the perfect solution for providing access to your loft space. Being Part L Compliant, the loft hatch meets the specific UK Building Regulations standards for energy efficiency, specifically concerning thermal insulation and air tightness to prevent heat loss from the living space into the cold loft. The beaded frame removes the need for architraves or surface-mounted trims. Once plastered and painted, only a discrete hairline shadow gap remains visible. The door and frame are made from 0.9mm Zintec Steel providing a strong and rust resistant composition. Complete with a budget lock operated by our standard metal tee-key or from ground level with our Extended Tee Key. The unit is powder-coated white in RAL 9010 30% gloss.
