L'homme Canon Rosé 2025

Quenching rosé made in the saignée style, where the juice of Cabernet Franc is bled from the tank of another vinification (in this case Pierre's 'Clos de Pavée' Bourgueil cuvée) with no pressing. It gives a flash of colour and little tannin, making for a brisk, compact wine of strawberry, red apple and capsicum refreshment. Bottled as a primeur in January 2026 after a very short élevage in tank, this is all youthful energy and simple pleasures.
