Repairing Zips Masterclass

A workshop dedicated to zip repair, run by Laura of Thread Pegs. Zips are often the thing that fails on garments when the rest of the clothing is still fine. With this masterclass you will learn all the different tips and tricks to save your clothing from landfill and feel confident repairing or replacing zips. You'll also learn to recognise when a zip can be saved—it's surprising how often it's simply a small tweak to the mechanism that's all that's needed. This masterclass will be taking place online as part of Sustainable Fashion Week 2026. It will be held online at 7:30pm GMT on Wednesday 30th September and is scheduled for an hour. A zoom link will be sent out once you have bought your ticket. The masterclass will be recorded and will be sent out to all ticket holders after the event.
