4-5 years home base: New Party Room (with washroom) Play lab junior camp facilitator: Charlotte Rondeau (She/Her) Charlotte is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over 14 years of experience working in the child care field. She holds a diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Brock University as she continues on her path toward teachers college.

Charlotte is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their creativity. She loves supporting children’s curiosity through open-ended projects and experiences that grow from their interests and imagination.
