The Lexington Rainbow Print
As we celebrate all things Kentucky, we’re also celebrating all things Lexington – a tip-of-the-hat to the town Kentucky for Kentucky calls home. This is no ordinary rainbow, but one with a long and virtuous story laden with love, destruction, and rediscovery. The Lexington Rainbow was originally a mural on the side of a building in the 1970s, then the building was destroyed in the 1980s, then it was a print, then the print was lost, the print was found again, and then we found the original designer, Ellsworth "Skip" Taylor. Read more about the rediscovery and inspiration behind the design in our interview with Skip Taylor . 11" x 17" print printed right here in Lexington, Kentucky.
