Danish teak chest of drawers, 1960s

This classic Danish teak chest of drawers was made in the 1960s. It’s a great example of Scandinavian craftsmanship and timeless mid-century design. Overall size is H: 104 / W: 62.5 / D: 40 cm. The dresser features six drawers, each finished with carefully selected and matched teak veneer. The top drawer is lockable with a key, providing discreet storage for smaller valuables. The drawer fronts are joined using traditional dovetail joints, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship typical of Danish furniture of the period. Each drawer is fitted with a long, sculpted solid teak handle, which integrates seamlessly with the minimalist design. The dresser stands on solid, tapered teak legs, which can be detached for easier transport. Additional dimensions: ground clearance 23.5 cm, drawers height 11 cm. The dresser has been checked and renovated by our team. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with Danish oil to enhance the beauty of the grain. Drawers work properly. Overall, it is in great vintage condition, with absolutely minor signs of use.
