This coffee is from the village of Shantawene in Sidamo Ethiopia . It is made up of the harvest of many smallhold family farms in the area around the Ayla Washing Station. The washing station is owned and operated by Testi Coffee, who is dedicated to giving back to the community via projects like new schools and infrastructure. Relationships like these help to support the coffee producers, keep the generational farms going and with it, their deep knowledge of growing and harvesting coffee. This coffee is an exception lot with a flavour profile of tropical florals, stone fruits, and a bit of melon. Grown at 1950 - 2150m. Roasted light. 340g, 2 lb, or 5 lb.
