Berlicum Carrot (organic)

A sweet and tasty, maincrop carrot that produces good sized blunt ended cylindrical roots that can reach up to 8″ long. With their vigorous and productive nature, excellent storage capacity and resistance to frost, they’re a favourite of gardeners; and cooks love them too for their vibrant orange colour, smooth skin (making them easy to clean), and their juicy, crisp texture. They also have a small core, so don’t get woody, even towards the end of the season. My go-to maincrop carrot, they’re sweet and tasty and are great raw or cooked. Approx. 800 seeds.
