Great for achieving a deep, intense tomato flavour in just about any dish. Dissolves very easily in water to make sauces, pastes, and juices/smoothies. Clumping is normal as we don't have any additives in this powder. You can just break it apart again :) Best stored in an airtight container in a cool space away from natural light to maximise the shelf life (although even when it gets older and clumpier the flavour remains really well).
