Your $50 annual listing includes: 12-month directory listing Business name and category Business description Logo or business image Website and booking links Social media links Contact details Service and location information Inclusion in relevant directory categories A direct link to your website or booking page Printed directory flyers distributed to clients, giving families a physical way to access and discover the online directory Opportunities for families to discover your business alongside other pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting services Your listing remains active for 12 months from the date it is approved and published. Printed Directory Flyers Part of your $50 annual listing fee contributes towards the production and distribution of printed flyers promoting the directory. These flyers are provided to clients so they can easily access the online directory and discover participating businesses and services. The flyers may include a QR code or other direct access method linking clients to the directory. Flyer distribution numbers and locations may vary depending on availability and distribution opportunities. Terms & Conditions 1. Listing Period The listing fee is $50 for 12 consecutive months. Your listing period begins on the date your listing is approved and published and ends 12 months later. You will be contacted a month before the renewal is due to be paid to confirm you would like to continue. If the renewal fee is not paid for the following year, your listing will be removed. 2. Listing Approval All businesses are subject to approval before being added to the directory. We reserve the right to decline a listing if the business, service or content is not considered appropriate for the directory. 3. Business Information You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your listing. This includes your business name, description, contact details, website, social media links, location and services. 4. Listing Updates Reasonable updates to your listing may be requested during your 12-month listing period. We may make minor formatting, spelling or presentation changes to maintain consistency throughout the directory. We will contact you one month prior to the renewal of your listing. This gives you the opportunity to provide us with up-to-date information so your listing remains fresh and accurate 5. External Links Your listing may contain links to your website, booking system and social media accounts, which will help drive traffic to your website. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or accuracy of external websites. 6. Printed Flyers The $50 annual fee includes a contribution towards the creation and distribution of printed promotional flyers that provide clients with access to the directory. Flyer design, quantity, distribution locations and distribution frequency may change at our discretion. The flyer component of the listing does not guarantee a particular number of referrals, website visits, enquiries or bookings. 7. Renewal Listings are for one year and do not automatically renew unless the subscription option is selected at time of purchase. It is your responsibility to get in contact with us if you do not wish the renewal to continue, or if you no longer want to participate 8. Refunds The $50 listing fee is non-refundable once your listing has been approved and published. If we are unable to publish your listing, we may offer a refund or alternative arrangement at our discretion. If you wish to have your listing removed during the 12 months, no pro-rata refunds will be provided. 9. Removal or Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing if: The business ceases trading Information provided is misleading or inaccurate The business no longer meets the directory's criteria The listing breaches these terms and conditions The business engages in conduct that may negatively affect the integrity of the directory No refund will ordinarily be provided where a listing is removed due to a breach of these terms. 10. No Guarantee of Results Directory inclusion provides an opportunity for increased visibility but does not guarantee: Website traffic Enquiries Bookings Customers Sales Search engine rankings Social media growth Any specific business results 11. Use of Submitted Content By submitting your business information, logo, photographs or other promotional material, you confirm that you have permission to use that content. You grant permission for the directory to display the submitted content as part of your listing and to promote the directory and its participating businesses. 12. Directory Changes We may update the directory's design, categories, features, layout or structure during your listing period. These changes will not affect your basic inclusion in the directory during your paid listing period. 13. Acceptance By purchasing a directory listing or submitting your business for inclusion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
