A delicious new addition to Planet Cocoa's range, this block is also refined sugar free. Sweetened with organic date powder that heightens the fruity flavours of the chocolate. Planet Cocoa have been making chocolates by hand in Melbourne for years. Their bean-to-bar range means the chocolate itself is made from scratch. This process includes roasting, crushing, winnowing then stone grinding the beans and blending the cacao into the smooth chocolate blocks we love.
