Rich, savoury and food-friendly, this is a traditional method sparkling wine made from 68% Pinot and 32% Chardonnay, aged for a minimum of 20 months on lees. Baked red apple, sultana and cinnamon on the nose, with a dry palate of toasted spice, soft texture and a fine mousse, finished with a 1.5 g/l dosage making this wine extra brut. Oak-aged base wine adds savoury depth and gentle richness. 2022 - 10.6% abv SANDRIDGE BARTON Nestled in a picturesque valley in the South Hams, this Devon-based vineyards and winery have been growing grapes and making wine since 1981. With 32 acres of vineyards rolling down towards the River Dart, they harvest over 80 tonnes of fruit each year, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, Madeleine Angevine, Bacchus, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc.
