Omnipollo - Yeti Pecan Mud Cake Imperial Stout

This beer is a riff on a riff, mashing up Great Divide’s legendary Yeti Imperial Stout with our own Noa Pecan Mud Cake. Yeti was one of the first Imperial Stouts to inspire us two decades ago, and this collaboration pays homage to that heritage while adding our signature pastry touch. Expect the familiar Noa flavors of pecans and caramel, but with a different base sweetness and the addition of coconut—a twist not found in the regular Noa. 11%
