'Strong Eagle' 1st Edition Print in Black & White

When my first child was born, nearly 10 years ago - I wrote “Little Lion”. It was written as a way of understanding her, to give her power to be brilliant - bright and curious. It still to this day speaks to who they are. When my second child was born, I knew they were different to my first. I knew they were more settled, emotionally in touch, still clever - but so loving & kind. Brave and confident in who they were - so I wrote Brave Bear. When my third was born, I wanted to write again - but I couldn’t work out what animal to choose & what personality traits to write about. Now, 3 years later - I’ve finally settled on Strong Eagle. They are adventurious but powerful, they bring a certain courage with joy everywhere they go. They are intelligent and think out of a box and my message to them is to simply be themselves. I have read all of these words to my kids as they’ve grown, now I’m so happy to share this new piece - the final artwork for this sibling series.
