WINE CLIQUE OPEN HOUSE 2026 | DINING Step into KOU Pop-Up Restaurant for a refined modern Japanese dining experience, where seasonal ingredients, elegant presentation and thoughtful flavours take centre stage. Guest Chef Kian Hong of KOU will be bringing his contemporary Japanese culinary style to the Open House, creating an exclusive dining experience for the occasion. With only 12 seats available around one communal table, the dining experience is offered as a specially curated menu, allowing everyone to enjoy the full experience together.
