One-on-One Beginner's DYE-IT-YOURSELF Workshop: Acid Dyeing on Wool in Solid Shades

If you love colour and yarn, this is the workshop for you! Join Asad in this unique workshop and learn how to dye yarns professionally using acid dyes and premium wool yarns. This workshop teaches you how to dye yarn in a solid shade. In this workshop, you will learn the following: How to create a safe working dyeing environment. How to prepare undyed yarn and what's required before you start with colours! How to work with acid dyes. How to rinse and care for the yarn after dyeing. Troubleshooting, including a 15-minute Q&A session. Included in the Workshop: Two skeins of 100% superwash merino wool yarn. Acid dyes and citric acid mixture to use at the workshop. Certificate of completion. You will also be provided with mandatory safety materials and utensils at the workshop, which are not to take home and must remain in the outlet. Prep before Workshop: Dress appropriately; don't wear anything you don't want to be stained, and avoid flowing clothes. Tie up long hair. Don't wear dangling jewellery.
